We are seeking a qualified and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of relevant experience to drive the growth and promotion of our call-center technology solutions. You will own market research, lead generation, customer outreach, digital marketing, product positioning, and business development targeting call centers, BPO companies, sales teams, and customer-service organizations — with a strong grounding in B2B sales and a keen interest in contact-center technologies such as cloud dialers, CRM systems, VoIP, mobile agent apps, AI-powered call analysis, and omnichannel platforms.

Responsibilities
Research and identify prospective call centers, BPO companies, customer-support organizations, sales teams, and other potential clients
Identify and engage key decision-makers — business owners, call-center managers, operations leaders, technology executives, and procurement teams
Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email, telephone outreach, industry directories, and other professional channels
Present LinkSwitch Communications' call-center technology solutions to prospective clients
Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations and business meetings
Manage outbound sales and marketing campaigns targeting North American and international markets
Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, follow-ups, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, product information, marketing materials, and business correspondence
Create and coordinate professional content for LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital platforms
Conduct competitor analysis and research call-center industry trends, technologies, and customer requirements
Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients
Follow up on sales opportunities and support prospects throughout the sales process
Promote cloud dialers, CRM platforms, mobile agent applications, AI call-quality solutions, VoIP services, and omnichannel communication systems
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular sales and marketing reports
Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, product, and technical teams
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Sales, Information Technology, or a related discipline
A minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, business development, lead generation, or customer acquisition
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated experience with B2B prospecting, customer outreach, and lead qualification
Ability to communicate effectively with business owners, senior executives, and operational decision-makers
Experience using LinkedIn, email outreach platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools
Strong research, organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet assigned targets
Professional approach to customer communication and relationship management
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Previous experience in the call-center, BPO, SaaS, telecommunications, CRM, VoIP, or technology industry
Understanding of call-center operations and contact-center technology is a strong asset
